Hu chocolate shell covered blueberry cheesecake with date oat crumble is the most delicious and raw/no bake dessert!


Hu Chocolate Shell Covered Blueberry Cheesecake & Date Oat Crumble

Hu chocolate gems

10 oz frozen wild blueberries thawed

7 oz raw unsalted cashews

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 c gluten free oats

5 pitted medjool dates


Directions

Add the oats and dates together in a bowl and mash until combined with your hands to make a crumble texture

Press into the bottom of a bowl

In a high speed blender, add the cashews, maple syrup, vanilla, and blueberries

Blend all together and pour on top of the crumble

Melt the chocolate and pour on top of the cheesecake

Place in the freezer for 1 hour and enjoy breaking that shell!
