GF 1 Ingredient Pizza Crust + Creamy Pepper Sauce

Yes, that's right! One ingredient pizza crust! This pizza crust is made from simply blending gluten free oats with water. You can pair this delicious crust with anything your heart desires. I love that it goes great with sweet and savory flavors!

Some awesome ideas with this crust is to use it like a pita bread to eat with different dips, sprinkle some cinnamon and coconut sugar on top for a sweet treat, or even make smaller rounds and use it as a veggie burger bun! The possibilities are truly endless with this one!


1 Ingredient Pizza Crust

Gluten free oats

Water


Directions

Blend the oats with even enough water to create a thin pancake batter consistency


Creamy Pepper Sauce

1 bag baby bell peppers

3 small tomatoes

2 garlic cloves

2 tsp Italian seasoning

3 Tbsp raw cashew butter

1 tsp black pepper

Dash of cayenne


Chop half of the baby bell peppers and add to a pot and sauté until soft

Blend remaining peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and cashew butter

Add sauce to the pot and bring to boil then reduce to simmer for ~25 minutes to thicken

Add sauce to pasta or this delicious pizza crust and devour!

*I chose to add crust Brazil nuts on top of the pizza. Did you know that 1 Brazil nut a day fulfills your daily amount of selenium needed! If you ask me, that's the most delicious vitamin I take!
