This is going to replace your favorite crunchy cereal! It's loaded with protein and filled with maple and vanilla flavors!
Crunchy Vanilla Maple Protein Granola
2 c raw pecans
2 c raw walnuts
1 c raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 c oats
1/2 c flax meal
1 scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein Powder
Enough maple syrup to create a sticky consistency ~ 1-1 1/2 c
Couple sprinkles of cinnamon
Directions
Add all ingredients into a bowl and toss together until a stickiness forms from the maple syrup
Put most on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 375 until golden brown, crispy, and there is no longer any wetness ~ 20ish minutes depending on your oven (toss around about half way through)
