Berry Breakie Muffins

My hubby absolutely loves these muffins because they make the perfect grab and go breakfast!

They are like your favorite oatmeal on the go!


Berry Breakie Muffins

3 c gluten free oats

1 c frozen mixed berries

1 ripe banana

Maple syrup

Your favorite vanilla protein powder

Handful of walnuts


Directions

Add all ingredients and maple syrup to taste to a small nonstick pot

Mash banana to incorporate into the mixture

Add water until mixture becomes a thick batter consistency and the berries have thawed


You could stop here and eat as is too!

Add mixture to a lined cupcake tin and top with a walnut for a little something extra!

Bake at 375 F until a fork comes out clean and enjoy!
